Premeasured, high-quality replacement reagents allow you to achieve fast and accurate results following the Ascorbic Acid Method in which the reaction between phosphorus and reagents causes a blue tint in the sample. Simply add the reagent packet to the aquarium sample water and the reaction will take place. The Checker HC will then determine the concentration from the color that is produced. The results will be displayed in ppb of phosphorus. Hanna Checker HC Saltwater Aquarium Ultra Low Range Phosphorous Colorimeter Reagents are designed to be used with samples that have an expected range of 0 to 200 ppb phosphorus. Includes 25 tests.
